Reem is a student therapist who believes therapy can offer a space to slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself with greater compassion and understanding. She recognizes the courage it can take to reach out for support, and strives to create a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment where clients can show up as they are. Reem works alongside clients at their own pace, supporting them in navigating life’s challenges while building deeper self-awareness, connection, and trust in their inner strengths and resilience. Her approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and care. As a person of colour and second-generation immigrant, Reem also recognizes the ways culture, family dynamics, identity, and larger societal systems can shape how we experience ourselves and move through the world. She values holding space for clients to explore these experiences with compassion and openness. Reem works with individuals navigating anxiety, stress and burnout, body image concerns, disordered eating, identity and cross-cultural experiences, life transitions, and challenges related to self-worth and emotional well-being.
